Our Story
Founded by a team of laboratory animal professionals, scientists, and advocates, the 3Rs Collaborative was created to fill a crucial gap: accessible, credible, and actionable guidance on the 3Rs. Since our founding, we’ve:
- Built a nationwide network of 100+ member institutions, including industry leaders and top universities
- Launched quarterly educational webinars, annual conferences, and specialized Tech Hubs
- Developed 100+ evidence-based 3Rs resources and helped replace over 9,000 animals annually in research
Our journey is grounded in collaboration, transparency, and continuous learning—ensuring our programs meet the evolving needs of science and welfare.
