Founded in 1998, 3rc is a nonprofit organization located in Pittsburgh that provides information analysis and innovation to educators, government agencies, corporations and nonprofit organizations. As a leader in solutions integration for over a decade, our team works together with our clients to identify and customize solutions to make information more accessible and understandable.

3rc’s Vision is rooted in the power of information and analysis as the key drivers of better decisions that lead to better lives. Our communities can be more efficient and effective by ensuring the right support services are identified to build stronger communities.
