3rc was founded on innovation. There was a community need in Southwestern Pennsylvania for a neutral, project-oriented nonprofit to provide visionary leadership in information infrastructure. Throughout our organization's history, our mission has been evolving to meet the ever-changing needs of the community by implementing, developing and evaluating innovative new technologies, methods, and ideas.
Information is at the heart of all of our initiatives, projects, programs and consulting engagements. Our information-centric focus drives us to find the best solutions to search, visualize and interact with data for our clients' complex problems.

Visualize A visualization of data can provide insight that otherwise would be difficult to grasp. Using GIS mapping to identify gaps in service and charting student performance with an innovative web-like dashboard, our innovative visualizations help to bring new understanding to our clients' data. |
Interact 3rc's innovations allow for end users to interact with their data by entering it in traditional formats such as spreadsheets and manipulating its contents into various visualizations such as charts and graphs. It also allows users to share information between them, in real-time, for a collaboration that can strengthen existing datasets. |
